Building
The suite for mixed human + agent development — humans and AI agents working the same repos, boards, and fleets, safely. I author every product, and every product is built by the agent fleet it manages.
The FleetHarbor suite
RepoHarbor
Stop your agents from blowing up the repo.
A git control plane for teams running AI coding agents. Branch protection, PR mediation, and credential custody enforced at the git transport layer — agents hold only scoped, revocable tokens, never a personal access token. Prompts are advisory; transport is not.
TaskHarbor
One board. Your team and your agents pull from the same queue.
The work system of record for human + AI teams: a kanban tracker with atomic claim-locks, agent queues, human-gated scoping, and board-scoped agent tokens. The discipline you put up for your agents is exactly what your human team always needed.
FleetHarbor
Give your agents real power, without handing over your keys.
A fleet control plane: isolated agent pods that hold nothing but one scoped gateway token, with every credential mediated server-side and a published threat model. The control plane I run my own agent fleet on, every day.
NeuroHarbor
Local inference for the fleet.
Serving and fine-tuning local models across machines, so fleets can run sensitive workloads without leaving the building.
Why a suite
Agents are powerful and fast, and left ungoverned they will cheerfully push to main, leak a credential, or grind the wrong ticket. The fix isn't better prompts — prompts are advisory; transport is not. TaskHarbor decides what gets built. The fleet builds it. RepoHarbor governs what ships. Each piece stands alone; together they're the closed loop that lets a single operator run a fleet of coding agents with the leverage of a team and the control of a project manager.
I run that loop every working day to ship my own software. The suite is the operating discipline, productized.
The businesses running on it
The proof the loop works: real companies run on what it ships. MyPaintBuckets is production software managing new-residential painting operations end to end — I co-own it, I build it, and the fleet ships it. Rebel Paint brings the agent leverage to the same industry next.
MyPaintBuckets
The system of record for new-residential painting operations.
Project details, material ordering, extra-paint-order capture, scheduling, and invoicing for painting contractors. Co-founded by Joseph Dattilo — the core ongoing project, mature software with real customers.
Rebel Paint
Agents do the chasing; humans keep the approval gates.
The leverage side of the same painting vertical — AI agents drive the follow-up work behind human approval gates.
Commercial work runs through Date Palm Media LLC, the company I've owned and operated since 2011.
