When to reach out
The short version of when I'm the right call: an MVP or internal system has stalled and needs finishing; legacy software needs modernization or integrations it was never designed for; a hardware or device workflow needs production software behind it; your team wants coding agents without handing them credentials and hoping (how I run that safely); or you need senior technical leadership that spans hardware, software, and operations.

What a good first email looks like
Two or three sentences is plenty: what you're building or operating, what's currently painful, and roughly what you're hoping software (or an agent fleet) can take off your plate. You don't need a spec — some of the best projects I've worked on started as "our workflow is messy, physical, and nothing off the shelf fits." I'll reply with an honest read on whether it's a fit, and if it isn't, I'll say so plainly rather than waste your time.
About the suite

What happens next
I read everything myself and reply within a couple of business days (America/Detroit time).
